RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• For any inquiries about return and exchange, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) BEFORE you send any items back.
• The customer is eligible for an exchange or store credit only:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund you the full amount if the item is returned without the original jewelry box.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 7 days of the return authorization.
- The returned package must have a valid tracking number. We will not be able to refund you if the package is lost during transit.
- Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost on returned package.
- Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. If you receive free shipping on your order, we will deduct $4.95 shipping fee from your store credit.
- Store Credit will be issued within 7 days after the items have arrived at the warehouse.
- Store Credit will not be expired and could be used anytime.
- We could only issue store credit for all orders. Refund is not available.
- Please be aware that no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items.
- In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will try our best to provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the defective product. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
We do offer repairs for items that have been purchased within 14 days. Shipping charges apply. Contact email@example.com for more details. Repairs and cleaning services after 14 days of purchase are available. Please contact us for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate.
