USA Orders: 

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. Under $50 will be $4.95 shipping fee. 

• We ship all packages through USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number.

• Because our jewelry are all hand made, please allow 1-3 business days to ship your order.

• The shipping normally takes about 1-3 business days within the states. Please allow extra days for shipping when some situations happen, holidays, festivals, weather, etc. 

• If you need faster shipping, please let us know, fees will apply to your order. 

• PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking is shown delivered. 

 

International Orders: 

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $180. Under $180 will be $13.95 shipping fee. 

• We ship all packages through USPS First Class International Package with a tracking number.

• Buyers will be responsible for any taxes, customs charges, duties, and/or import fees.

• All addresses should be in English. 

• We will declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as a gift. 

• The shipping of international orders takes about 2-4 weeks and varies by destinations. 

• Shipping date may take extra days occasionally. Your package may get stuck in customs. Please note we can not be responsible for these delays.
