MiniDes offers repair and maintenance to our jewelry. Please contact us info@shopminides before placing an order on this page, or sending back the item.

MiniDes reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending back the item to MiniDes. 

MiniDes is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. 

The shipping fee is automatically charged when the order is under $50, and will be waived if your order is more than $50 at checkout. 

For all customized orders, all sales are final, no return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us in email before placing your customize order.
